Run => Bike/Swim => Strength Train => Yoga
Running in August heat can be HOT. And running, in general, can be hard. Take our challenge this summer and give your running legs a rest. Cross-train through the heat of the summer and get in shape for the fall events.
Each week, run 2 days, bike/swim 2 days, strength train 2 days and do yoga 2 days, each for a minimum of 20 mins. (Yes, some days you may have to double up). Mix up your routine a bit and try something possibly new, and get your body in great shape.
At the same time, help us clean up our swag from canceled races - every participant will earn a Rhode Races Grab-Bag-o-Swag. This will include at a minimum - random Rhode Races medal, race shirt, bib and goodies (Clif bars, gels, etc).
There will be weekly contests, sharing of workouts, a virtual community of support and more. Join the fun and take the RD challenge!
**Shirt/medal/bib will be randomly made selections and won't necessarily match.
Race items will be mailed by Sept 10, 2020. When registering, your mailing address must be a physical street address and not a Post Office Box for proper delivery.
