Run + Bike/Swim + Strength + Yoga

Take our challenge this summer and give your running legs a rest. Cross-train through the heat of the summer and get in shape for the fall events.

Each week, run 2 days, bike/swim 2 days, strength train 2 days and do yoga 2 days, each for a minimum of 20 mins. Mix up your routine a bit and try something possibly new.

At the same time, help us clean our swag from canceled races - every participant will earn a Rhode Races Grab-Bag-o-Swag.
